Ensign Global College Celebrates 10th Anniversary with 9th Congregation

Ensign Global College, Ghana’s premier private tertiary institution for public health education, marked its 10th anniversary with a grand graduation ceremony at its Kpong campus.

Reports show that twenty-eight students received Master’s degrees in Public Health. At the event, Elder Robert Gay, keynote speaker, reiterated service to humanity.

He was quoted as saying, “You graduates must become more impactful servants. You must first have the eyes to see the world’s problems and the courage and innovative minds to solve them.”

Founder and Board Chair Dr. Lynette Gay expressed satisfaction with the institution’s progress. “I am ecstatic. We have found amazing professionals in Ghana who have exceeded expectations.”

President Prof. Stephen Alder highlighted the college’s global recognition. “Our Master’s in Public Health has earned accreditation from the U.S.-based Council for Education in Public Health (CEPH), the leading global accreditor.”

Vice Board Chair Prof. Agyeman Badu Akosa noted the significance of CEPH accreditation. “Graduates’ degrees will be recognised globally, equivalent to those from Johns Hopkins, Harvard, or Oxford.”

The event honoured outstanding students, including Deborah Essah Larbi-Sarpong, Overall Best Graduating Student.

The Eastern Regional House of Chiefs pledged land to graduates establishing health facilities in the traditional area.
