JA Africa and Boeing Launch STEMpreneurship Programs for Nigerian Girls and Togolese Youth

Junior Achievement Africa (JA Africa), in collaboration with Boeing, has rolled out two key initiatives in Nigeria and Togo to help young people gain practical skills in science, technology, and entrepreneurship.

In Nigeria: Girls STEMpreneurship Programme

A total of 500 secondary school girls have enrolled in the Girls STEMpreneurship Programme, which focuses on hands-on learning in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).
The program features innovation camps that develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and business planning skills. Outstanding teams will get initial funding to help bring their projects to life.

In Togo: Company Program

In Togo, 600 senior secondary students have joined the Company Program, JA Africa’s flagship entrepreneurship course.

They will learn how to launch and manage businesses, with a focus on creating eco-friendly solutions to tackle environmental issues.

These programs aim to equip Africa’s youth with future-ready skills that promote innovation, self-employment, and economic growth.
