Kafui Danku and Sam George Support Bimbo Ademoye Over Copyright Issues

Nigerian actress and producer Bimbo Ademoye has received support from Ghanaian officials after speaking out about her movies being shown on local TV without permission.

Bimbo shared her frustrations on Instagram, tagging key officials. In response, Ghana’s Minister of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation, Sam George, promised to take action. He said he will speak with the minister responsible for TV content and assured that Ghana values intellectual property rights.

Kafui Danku, CEO of the National Film Authority, also responded, saying her team is working quickly to resolve the issue and that Bimbo should expect action within weeks.
