Africa Technology and Innovation Partnership Program Offers £100,001 to £500,000 in Funding to Africans

The Africa Technology and Innovation Partnership (ATIP) Program is inviting bids from eligible organizations to collaborate as a Learning Partner.

The program, which aims to strengthen innovation ecosystems in Africa, is offering grant funding between £100,001 and £500,000.

According to the program’s description, the ATIP Program “focuses on strengthening innovation ecosystems across Africa to drive economic growth and technology-enabled solutions to development challenges.”

The Learning Partner will be responsible for synthesising learning and insights, analysing data from diverse projects and geographies, delivering strategies for collaborative and emergent learning, and disseminating findings and lessons to stakeholders.

Eligible applicants include non-governmental organisations (NGOs), UK-based non-profit organisations, educational institutions, and organisations based in Low- to Middle-Income Countries (LMIC).

Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership and team expertise in relevant fields, experience in research, learning methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.

The program is open to eligible countries, including Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, and Tanzania. The project will cover the final year of the ATIP program, running from 2025 to 2026.Interested applicants are required to submit a cover letter, CVs of key team members, and a two-page proposal detailing the approach, methodology, timeline, and budget via email to nairobiProgrammeProcurement@fcdo.gov.uk.
