John Dumelo Offers Free Makeup And Photoshoot For UG Freshers On Matriculation Day

John Dumelo, the Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon, is making matriculation day extra special for first-year students at the University of Ghana.

He has announced a free makeup and photoshoot session for freshers on Saturday, February 8, 2025, the day of their matriculation ceremony. Sharing the initiative on social media, Dumelo wrote: “University of Ghana matriculation is this Saturday, and I will be organizing free makeup and free photoshoot for all first-year students. #idey4u.”

This initiative is part of Dumelo’s continuous support for students at UG. Even before becoming an MP, he assisted students by providing laptops, covering tuition fees, and arranging free bus transportation during vacation periods.

Now, with this latest initiative, he aims to make matriculation a memorable and exciting experience for freshers as they begin their academic journey.
