Popular Ghanaian TikToker, Afua Nash, has warmed hearts on social media with a touching gesture towards her ailing mother. 

Despite her mother’s illness, Afua Nash made sure to celebrate her birthday in a special way. 

Afua Nash’s mother was admitted to the hospital on her birthday due to an undisclosed condition. 

However, that did not stop Afua Nash from making the day special for her mother. She presented her mother with a bouquet of flowers, a birthday cake, a love-shaped balloon, and other thoughtful gifts. 

Her mother, who was not expecting the gifts, was visibly touched by the gesture. 

Afua Nash also reminded her mother of how much her children loved her and wished her a speedy recovery. Netizens who saw the video of Afua Nash celebrating her mother were moved by the gesture.
