Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has stated that Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho will only feature in the Carabao Cup quarter-final against Tottenham Hotspur if they perform well in training.
The duo was left out of United’s 2-1 victory over Manchester City on Sunday, with Amorim emphasizing his commitment to maintaining high standards within the squad.
When asked about their chances of playing against Spurs, Amorim said: “We have one more training session. Like all players, if they train well, I will make a decision. I expect the best from every player every day, so we’ll decide after training.”
