Reverend Obofour, founder and leader of the Anointed Palace Chapel (APC), has commended the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for their humility and respect, qualities he believes will ensure their continued success in governance.
Speaking at an NDC youth thanksgiving service, Rev. Obofour stressed the importance of these virtues in leadership, stating that serving with humility and respect fosters trust and builds strong connections with the electorate.
He contrasted this with the arrogance exhibited by some politicians, which, in his view, leads to a loss of public support and electoral defeats.
Reflecting on the recent 2024 general elections, he attributed the NDC’s victory to the humility of their leader, John Dramani Mahama, and the party’s respectful approach to politics.
“Humility and respect are key to winning the hearts of the people,” Rev. Obofour said, adding that these qualities will help the NDC maintain their political dominance for years to come.
